The shipping and handling were very good. I ordered a size small based on the measurements on the item listing. The back support on the brace is good and I think it would be helpful. However, the shoulder straps cut into my arms making it very uncomfortable. I plan to return it. I considered possibly ordering a medium but haven't yet decided to do that.

This product can reduce the time of my shoulder, neck and back pain, and can also effectively reduce my hunchback, so that I can consciously straighten my back and feel more confident.

Seller gave good instructions for the brace and shipped right away.

Would've been a great buy since it didn't fit me, it wasn't for me . Too small just make sure that people get their exact size and always go over
