Accuracy of item(s) purchased were exactly what I received. The packaging was so good that there were no broken or chipped ceramic spoons.

Item functions as advertised and is highly desirable. Item arrived on schedule, in new condition, in original package, with documentation in multiple languages. Some confusion was encountered as the store announced its arrival in-store rather than at mailbox and listed an amount to be paid for it, as though it were due, though it had been pre-paid. The difficulty is on the Wal-Mart end, not the manufacturer, vendor, shipper or postal service.

The shipping was great for speed but the item could be packaged better.

complained to the web site and they said they will send info to seller, and that the seller would be in contacted with in 48 hours,,its been a week and still no word from them..

These are great except of the three settings none are really dim
