Everything was great... there were no problems with shipping and handling and the product is perfect... :-)

The item itself is great...as advertised. The shipping, however, was terrible. They drove past our house and left our package on the top of our trash burn barrel in our back yard...and then drove past our house AGAIN on their way out. We didn't find it for two days!

Communication very poor. The email given for product issues does not work. (gattrden004@foxmail.com) returns email as undeliverable. The bird house pole is very unstable and sways in the wind far too much.

I think the seller offered a quality and reasonably priced pole.

Other than the description on the webpage, there was no need for communication. Item was shipped promptly, packaged well. It works exactly as described so far. It's a heavy, solid, sturdy rake with extension to be added to adjust the length more or less as one desires.
