so far they've done a good job getting me my product The first two times were excellent because FedEx was used and I got it in two to three days however the last time it took longer because they used USPS and I don't like that because I'm paying a premium price for something that normally costs way less so because I'm paying premium I expect premium shipping so if I order again I will want them sent FedEx but other than that the product has got to me in perfect shape no damage and they just seem to be doing a good job
