The shipping was fast enough; the description of the headphones is a bit off. I was excited to get headphones that had a long-lasting charge. Well, the charge does not last long at all. I like to listen to music off and on throughout the day. The longest I have been able to listen to my music after a full charge is about an hour and a half. If I wasn't listening to anything I am sure the charge would last 4 hours plus. Also, the voice clarity is not near what the description states. When I called my son he asked, "Mom what is wrong with your voice? It sounds awful, like you're talking from 3 houses down in a tin can." I had to switch back to using my phone and not my headphones. These are nothing like the description states at all. They are pretty, the case is easy to open, and the AI translator kind of works, but not something I would ever recommend or purchase again. You get what you pay for, I guess.

good sound quality, can hear both outside and music at same time cuz the earbud is open type, ideal for environment where you have to hear people and music at same thjng and it does that job nicely.
