I requested a refund with a return shipping label and never heard from the Seller.

All as described and came early. Great choice for a multiple function radio.

I never received my order. I contacted customer service. They said it was a third-party seller, and they contacted them. The seller contacted me back saying that a refund was received, but I was never given a refund. I never got my package and my kids were devastated. still trying to get answers today. absolutely ridiculous

I did not get the item that was described. I received a compression sock or something I don't even know what it is
