The item was as described. However the shipping was unsatisfactory. The item came in a bag instead of a box. It should've been wrapped up in a box with bubble wrap or paper. This item is a collectible and it arrived severely damaged from transport. The price was right but the packaging wasnt.

We take quality very seriously, and it’s disappointing to learn that the item appeared used and had missing pieces—especially as it was intended as a birthday gift. Please note that all items are inspected before shipping and should arrive in brand new condition. That said, I completely understand your frustration, and I would have loved the opportunity to address this sooner. Since the purchase was made in February, we're a bit outside the usual return window, but I still want to make this right.
