They sell “junk” cameras (our cameras weren’t all in “new” condition- one of them has the a broken bracket) that REQUIRE a paid subscription, has a multitude of ads, and the videos don’t appear until days after they were recorded within the app.

I returned the cameras and the money was not returned to the original payment as I requested but instead all of my $239 was deposited into a Walmart credit and I need that money to pay my utilities. This is poor customer service to the fullest. I’ve called about this twice and still haven’t been refunded back to the original payment method.
