Christmas is ruined because they didn’t give me instructions or anything to put this playground together. They also forgot other parts like the chalkboard attachment and such. Walmart told me to contact them but I have to wait 48 hours for them to respond. And based off the reviews they take longer. I’m highly disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with this swing set and the overall experience. The playset arrived broken, with missing pieces, and was poorly packaged for something this heavy. I contacted Walmart customer service the same day to report the condition, only to be told that because it came from a third-party vendor, I would have to wait up to 48 hours for them to email me about a replacement. The seller never contacted me!!! When I called back, I was then told the swing set was now sold out and couldn’t be replaced. Instead, the representative tried to sell me a completely different playset that was either not comparable or hundreds of dollars more—all because of their delay. Due to this, I couldn’t get the swing set I originally paid for, and the only solution offered was a refund. So now, weeks before Christmas, I have no present for my granddaughter, and if I want to reorder something similar, I’ll have to pay more because the holiday sales are over. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from Walmart and their third-party vendors. Highly dissatisfied and will think twice before ordering a large item from them again.

I email/text and never got a response. The order did arrive early. So that’s a plus.

We ordered this swing set for our grandkids. When FedEx arrived the only had 1 box of 2 boxes. This stated on box 1. We reached out to the seller to ask where box 2 was and never received a response. Order from another shipper or your kids will be excited and then let down. Still no response 5 days later from the shipper
