I reached out but haven’t heard. I have video of the delivery person throwing the box. It was a Christmas gift. It looked fine. But when the 17 yr old put them on one of the ears slips down or even hangs. You can push it back up and it’ll stay a minute and tall again. I have old them to check with delivery I’m thinking it was fed ex to make them refund!!
