Do not buy from this seller. Received a locked product and they wont let the item be returned . Item was bought 2 months before Christmas. Didnt realize locked until Christmas day and it was past the "return policy".

This order was placed over two months before Christmas, and the return request was made on January 5th 2026, well outside our company’s 30-day return policy, which applies to all purchases and to all sellers on the platform. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond this timeframe, and are required to adhere to company return policies. The tablet received was brand new and not locked upon shipment. The issue encountered was related to Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP), a standard Google security feature that activates when a device is reset after a Google account has been signed in. This is not a defect, nor is it something a seller can control or remove. Access can only be restored using the original Google account credentials. Although the order was outside the return window, we provided continued support by responding promptly, explaining the situation in detail, sharing step-by-step troubleshooting instructions, offering multiple video tutorials for visual guidance, and suggesting professional repair options if additional assistance was preferred. The tablet arrived on time, however when communicating with the tech team via Whatsapp about issues setting it up, they sent me a YouTube video that had incorrect information on so many levels. I ended up using AI to get the correct resolution.

The seller sent the wrong version of the watch; the latin american version. This was not advertised as such, leading me to believe they want to offload the latin american version as a cheaper alternative to the US version. Scummy if you ask me.
