we are 100% satisfied we have never had one of these balls this size so seem to like it so far we always had the big ones. so I'm glad we have the option now to get smaller ones. very professional communication. it was delayed not by long and it didn't bother me at all but you communicated well let us know step by step and it was a great price so I 100% recommend to anyone the product the company we are 100% satisfied with the product and the company and seeing he has went through so many of these balls in his 8 years I'm sure we will be purchasing another one very soon thank you
