Won’t come good for an item I never received but they’re saying was delivered

I received this item damaged. It was literally not in a box and was just shrink wrapped. Not surprisingly it was damaged. I reached out to the seller to let them know it was damaged. They asked me if i wanted a replacement or refund. I still did need the item so i requested a replacement. i didn't hear anything back so i assumed they were going to ship me a new item. I waited almost three weeks before i reached out again to give them time to ship it to me. I repeated my self and they asked the same question refund of replacement. i said replacement and they never responded back so i assumed they were shipping the replacement. I waited a week and nothing so i reached out a third time. Once again same question. (are they not looking for my history) i asked for replacement and then this time they said i had to return the item. I told them i don't really have access to a car and i don't want to drive all the way to Walmart just for this. they said sorry but i need to return the item. i was fed up so I called Walmart customer service and they were great. They gave me a refund and i did not need to return the item. I will never do business with this company again and i recommend that you stay away as well.
