I am giving a neutral reading. The pump spray replacement nozzles that I purchased were the lowest quality I have ever seen. Shipment comes from China, these are not warehoused in the US, and the ecological impact of sending 4 little spray pumps halfway around the globe to me on the East Coast was really depressing. Shipment did arrive when they said I should expect it. Maybe they sell other things that are higher quality, I don't know, so 3 stars to be generous
