Arrived promptly, all parts were there, and a couple extra parts were included just in case. Well made, works well. No complaints.

Love it. The only complaint is I wish it went further back because I can’t lean back very far without hitting it. Otherwise I love it. Helps in getting up and the pocket holds necessities too

No where when I made the purchase did it say you can’t return but it wouldn’t work where needed and I can’t just return it being never used. Have emailed the seller and still haven’t heard back.

this toilet seat is the most versatile I have seen. It not only adjustes in height but in width. It has a comfy seat. If you want it for a bedside commode there you can order the bucket as well.

Do not order from this seller!! I did not receive the item I ordered or a refund from this seller. Wal-Mart had to refund me the money. ZERO STARS!!!
