They totally ignored the actual issue and failed to gain an understanding regarding the shippment of the glasses to a different person. Her big box of danishes came to me and she got my drinking glasses. They were supposed to reship the drinking glasses to me. Instead they delayed. I don't know if she got her pasteries. Trouble service!!!!!!
