The product is substandard: it does not provide ‘warm’ steam. even when using warm water. The ‘steam’ is too weak to be effective. The unit takes more than 30 minutes to charge. There were no instructions. The ‘fragrance’ bottles are apparently from an unrelated product. The enclosed note regarding the husband’s tragic car accident and subsequent paralysis appeared to be an attempt to discourage complaints, refund requests or returns.

It looks Like I received a different merchant brand, not the one specified. So much smaller than the video that it looks like a childs toy. Holder tray was missing a peg (leg). Refill cup was so tiny you'd have to refill this unit every few seconds.! Immediately returned,.
