Seller was ok and fast in shipping and communicating. As always check your order. One of the bag I received got several tiny holes in it. This litter bag is fragile so anything can alter it, I am not sure this is due to the seller or the shipping box.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Seller may give you a tracking number that shows your item as delivered, but when you put that tracking %23 into that carrier's site to track that item with that %23 supplied to you by the seller, it does not have your address as the addressee, and if someone signed for it, or it was left with someone, that person will not have anything to do with you, and vice versa. So where, if at all, this order was actually delivered is your guess just as good as mine!! I never got mine, hopefully you will!!!

they sent it with a protective bag over the lotion. the lotion did open during transit but most of the spilled product went inside a clear bag they sent it in, so i was able to salvage the spilled product. they did wonderful 😊 thank you!!
