Contacted seller about late shipment first and then about quality issues and they were rude and unhelpful. Would not purchase again.

Hello Ali! Your order was shipped out same day as ordered. Tracking was provided, and it showed that the FedEx received it same day. We have screen shots of the conversation and nothing rude was said, all was stated was once the shipment goes out we do not control how fast it will get to you and that is it out of our control. We stated that we would refund you because were not happy with it being late to your standards once we receive the merchandise back. Once we replied to you about how you can get a refund you then submitted the merchandise for quality issues after. Glad we were able to settle this!
