I was disappointed with the delivery time. It kept changing for later and later so I contacted the seller and told him to cancel it that it wouldn't make it in time. He said too late that it had already shipped, which it had not. All of a sudden it shipped the next day. The item was good, the service not so great.

Next time make your description as it relates to the actual product. If I see your name on any of my future purchases, I will be sure not to purchase anything that you sell.

Very bad customer service. I told them about how it is a bad fit for my chair and requested a return/refund. They only offered a $5 refund. I agreed to it, but they asked the same question about "what was wrong with it." I don't know if it's a language barrier or incompetence, but I'm fed up with their customer service.

Don’t buy from this seller, I have yet to here back from him about a return, I got the wrong item and cannot return it

Shipping went exceptionally well, as the items arrived early, and they worked exactly like the seller said they would.

I can't believe I had to pay shipping for an item that is clearly not the size the seller advertises.

Why fo you guys keep selling these little bitty clothes. shoes, etc. that you know are too small for most of ud?!

Super deceiving marketing! It appeared to be two dog toys in a pack but it only comes with one!
