They told me it was shipped: "05-27-2025, Package Shipped - 4:24 pm, ST PETERSBURG, FL". They gave a tracking number for USPS but it goes back to the Walmart site instead of the USPS tracking site. They told me it had arrived and billed me for it. "05-29-2025, PACKAGE DELIVERED - 1:16 pm, CARROLLTON, TX." My security camera shows it was not delivered at the time they said or even on that day or other days. The Walmart customer rep said the vendor would contact me within two days. They contacted me through Walmart site. The vendor on 05/31/2025 said it would be reshipped. I never received a tracking number or notice of another shipment. Today is now June 6, so I contacted customer service again. They said it was never shipped and they issued a credit which can take up to 10 days to receive.
This is the first package from any vendor that has not arrived at my home (located in a a residential area at the corner intersection of two streets).
