The seller seemed helpful at first when i purchased 3 of their shades, but i raised a concern for the depth of my window frames. As they're only a little over an inch in depth but i was assured it should be fine but that they would send brackets for me just in case. I put the shades up as soon as they arrived and they fit perfectly, however, a week or so later 2 of them slipped out at separate times. I reinstalled them, making sure to get them in as tight as possible. Then same thing happened again so I took a look at the brackets, trying to figure out how these L brackets would work with these shades but was not able to use them so i reached out to the seller thinking they were so nice and helpful at the beginning, they'd sure help me resolve the issue. WRONG! Every reply from the seller almost made me feel like I'm doing something wrong, not offering a solution but providing attachments how to install properly. I sent photos and videos of what I saw the issue to be which is the spring end is very wobbly which due to the depth of my frame it's slipping out. They continued to avoid answering my questions,, but kept trying to brush me off with a non answer and saying best wishes. We exchanged about a dozen or more emails and still no suggestion of a resolution, just try this or try that and I tried everything they suggested but nothing is working. I'm not dumb, I've done many projects around my house, and I'm pretty handy. These are not working for me and I can't request a return now because at first they worked and I threw away the boxing. What to do now but try and help the next buyer with a warning. I would not recommend this seller.
