not very happy with this purchased item. The grill only heats up at the bottom, so whrn toasting bread you have to turn the bread, then whrn you open it, the blue light turns on again to start heating up the bottom plate and once thr light goes off you have to put the bread again. very time consuming and not happy at all. Since I waited a long time to take it out of the box and actually use it, I cannot return it.
