I tried to return this item and the Waverly Walmart said it could not be returned due to the order%23 not being with the pkg. The pkg is unopened and has the label on it. These are bulbs that are too small, but the pkg was never opened. I looked up the order%23 %26 now it is sitting in my car %26 I have to try again to go to a Walmart and return it.

We were very unhappy discovering 1 of the 2 bulb package was already blown out/not working. Better cushioning packaging may have helped. The 2nd bulb that did work is doing a good job and doesn't attract bugs, which is what we wanted. We didn't return the package due to the hassle of doing so and will try another seller next time.
