I was charged $9.50 per can for delivery of 4 cans of Blue Buffalo cat food, that cost $1.97 in the store, it was supposed to be a case, no response from Customer Service!

Do not order from this seller. They give a false identification for product sold, I paid $7.49 ($3.00 discount off price) for 1- 11oz bottle of Boost Vanilla shake, it was supposed to be a 6 pack of 11 0z bottles of Boost vanilla shake. This single Boost shake that was sent, was separated from a 6 pack of Boost Vanilla Shake. This shows this company (coopandco) scams the customers that order from their company.

reply from coopandco

Hello Robert! We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. The product description accurately states that this is for a single 11oz bottle, not a pack of 6. We strive to provide clear listings, but we understand how this may have been misinterpreted. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns—we’re happy to assist

I received one little 3 oz can of cat food. The description stated a multipack quantity, so I assumed it was a pack of 6 or 12. No, I paid $8.60 tax for one tiny can. I feel taken advantage of and misled.

Item took forever to get to me and came damaged and open

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the dark chocolate chip peanut bar. I got the plain peanut bar. No communication was made that I would be receiving a substitute, and no option to not receive it for lack of product availability given.
