I bought a flashlight that only charges by solar and will not hold a charge for longer than a min

arrived on correct date at much earlier than projected time as described

they delivered quite fast and the packaging was good. they could've used some kinda extra redundancies to ensure it's safe delivery but it still delivered undamaged.

How do you in good conscience sell such a piece of crap.
