The package arrived in a sealed box, which arrived in good condition, but when I opened the box, the product’s package was crushed, and the bottom of the package was open. Only a couple of the biscotti were broken in the package. Given the condition of the shipping box, the seller obviously chose to send the package in its damaged state. Otherwise, the order was shipped and fulfilled in a reasonable amount of time.
