this seller has not delivered my order and is now blaming it on the delivery service. the seller now tells me to wait on the outcome of the delivery service discussion between this seller and the delivery party. I just want my order and am tired of waiting for my order reported as delivered.

really like the chair mat. works well on carpet. It's hard to find products that are not the plastic mats for carpet. These work well and are attractive. Delivery was on time. Happy with the purchase.
