The product was not actually the same product that was mentioned. The product says Telescopic Rod but it's actually not the rod like described but the holders at the end.

i had no need to communicate with the seller, so i cannot rate that aspect. however, the description claimed that the magnets were strong. they are the equivalent of refrigerator magnets.

Well, the ad was faked, to start with.. enough said..

The company’s good and fast shipping however, the product is what does not deliver. It’s promises or claims.

Seller is a scam. Low price, but never delivered, then magically posts as "delivered". Nothing was delivered!

Even though waited awhile for shipping but got them and like them better than other kind we had.

I haven't contacted the seller about this item yet but I plan to. the delivery was supposed to be 3 days. it took weeks. i expected it sooner

Item very small, but still cute, lesson learned to pay attention to measurements.

Order number: 2000130-02115793 Order was wrong; did not received what was ordered. Was to get 3, 3 pcs set and. Only Actualy receive 9 samll decorative ornaments, no bowl, no wood plant.
