Ordered 30g, received 15g. Contacted seller to see if they could send another 15g since I only received 15g. Seller was very apologetic but said I had to return what I received to get a refund as all refunds were through Walmart. Well, I couldn't return it because I needed it immediately, that's why I ordered it! This is medication that my pet needs daily %26 I didn't have time to return the half of the order I received, wait for a refund %26 wait to receive another order. I understand that mistakes happen. Unfortunately, I expected to receive what I ordered %26 was unwilling to risk my pet's health because of a mistake that was not my fault. So basically I only received half of what I ordered, but Walmart %26 the seller kept my money anyway. Very disappointing.

I ordered the concentrate rescue cleaner and I was sent the ready to use rescue cleaner,the concentrate lasts longer and is pricier, I could have gotten 2 bottles of ready to use for the price I was charged for the concentrate
