item has shown that it was delivered but refund was issued before 'DELIVERY DATE". Second time I've ordered this part which I need. Second time tracking information shows it was delivered yet it was not. Refund was issued before i even asked. Please take this item off the Walmart site if you do not have it in stock and you can't deliver. Both times I ordered it showed there were multiple items in stock.
