I started calling and emailing on 12/10/25 both the seller and the delivery company and was finally called on 12/18/25. The seller showed on their website that an email would be answered within 24-48 hours. Was asked for documentation on 12/22/25, and I asked for a tracking number when it was available. Never, ever did anyone give me a tracking number. Was contacted back on that same day to let me know I would be contacted by the delivery company to advise me of the delivery date. AM Home Delivery called 12/23/25 and told me delivery would be 12/30/25 between 8:00am-12:00pm. I exchanged 7 more calls with a specific person (who I will not name at this time) trying to expedite the shipment sooner. He told me that I would receive the "white glove" service at no charge, which included them bringing it in my house, unboxing, and setting it in the space, otherwise they would have left it on my front porch or in the driveway. I think the cost was around $175-$190?? Then I was also told that because of everything I had been through that he would also see about getting me a discount on the refrigerator. Well that was nice! All I've heard is crickets since the delivery. At least just call me and let me know that you have followed through with what you said you were going to do. It is now 1/20/26, and I AM HAVING TO CALL YOU AGAIN. I had called, left a message, waited 2 hours, called back, and reached "the person" I needed. I asked about the "credit" he had mentioned previously and he stated that upper management had approved that and he would check on it. The seller has much to be desired as far as communication. They talk a good game, but do not deliver.

I have been trying to return this item since the day it shipped but can find no mechanism to do so and no way to get a return label. I ordered the wrong size and want to replace it but cannot until I find a way to return this. The Walmart site is no help as the directions they give lead to no where.

They contacted me very quickly, and tried to help me fix, just don’t want to deal with repairs, pay for it and bring it to the repair, while not having the bike for some days and asking for refund

What the seller had pictured and in the description stated was a silicone intake hose. What they sent was a synthetic rubber intake hose. Price difference of at least $25.

Description of the maximum size of the driver is correct. It is definitely not intended for anyone over the height of 5'5. It has not been as easy to start as claimed, arrived scuffed and missing paint in places and has issues with the chain popping.

I was sent some random rubber part after placing an order for some Fox shocks. Clearly a scam. Glad it was Walmart so I was able to get a refund immediately.

Very disappointed!! Did not send me the one I wanted !! They sent me the older version!! I sent back false advertisement on the company that Walmart sold it for ! They did not respond to my email!! Walmart was GREAT! Handled everything for me ! Do not recommend ordering anything from that company through Walmart!!!

This seller is a scam. Ordered shocks and they sent me 2 little rubber bushings. Stay far away!
