The worst order experience I've ever had from anyone. I got two texts saying the order would be delayed, then after waiting 3.5 hours for delivery, nothing happened, no order, no communication, no nothing. I had no choice but to cancel the order. A few items were shipped separately, one came unsealed. And then, I was billed for the full amount of the cancelled order. I still don't know if I've been credited or not. You are the worst.
