Hello Chrisitne! We found no damage to product as described. The shipping box was intact upon delivery and upon return delivery without compression. We thank-you for re-using our packing peanuts and indestructo 200/lb / inch shipping box as the item was returned safely. The item box is a component expansion, and those components are packed in a sealed plastic blister container with a thin-walled flex box sleeve over top for display purposes. This thin-walled sleeve can become lightly depressed because of the air-space between it and the plastic container. It is perfectly natural experience among these product types and arrives from manufacturing with light compression because of the design of the box. Thank you.
