The pricing at Malou for the telescope I bought as a gift was pretty good. I purchased 2. The telescopes were neat %26 had a small footed stand. The telescope was supposed to have a clip that attached for an iPhone for telescopic pictures was NOT in one of the boxes. I called %26 the person said he'd call the company. After 1 Month I got an answer. I was told that MALOU DOESNOT DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS. Therefore, I am pretty upset with this company %26 their policy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MALOU.

These sellers, as this one MALOU shouldn’t be allowed to sell on Walmart’s website and use their established name to SCAM customers. I ordered 2/12 packs of clear plastic envelopes and received 1, yes, one with 23 MISSING and to add to that, the shipping arrival dates changed a few times which should also be CLEAR it is coming from overseas so, best have patience! Shame on you! If your ad describes 12 packs, THEN HONOR WALMARTS CUSTOMERS! I will never order from this seller again! Would love to add photos on this review but, guess it’s not allowed.
