I will never buy from this company again. After many emails to the company directly and three trips to Walmart to get help, I finally threw the cups in the trash since I could get no help returning them. I was told to contact the Better Business Bureau. Yeah, right!

I ordered 2 sizes of the terracotta snowmen. The shipping was delayed. Placed order 10/25/25, received order 11/15/25. The items were not as described. The description said they were terracotta. They were not. They were plastic. Also, they smelled so bad as if gasoline was poured on them. Do not purchase from this seller.

I tried to cancel this order the day I ordered and the seller refused. Then was sent the wrong ink color pen and it don't even write smoothly. The ink skips and the letters when writing is not fluent.
