I really have had any reason to contact the seller so far. The item was as described and came fairly quickly.

Timely updates...on-time delivery...just remember, there is not a way to lock the wheels...which would be helpful to have if you happen to park on a hill and take the carrier out of your car....

Shipping box arrive broken and. No good quality plastic build material, also one or two plastic bold conector for hookup corners come broken ans not come with extra bolds "look like broke easy the conector bolds". We thinks the price its a litter high for the low quality build materials of this Wfun. This Wfun come in a very big box so its hard to return for refund or exchange

We love this carrier! Made out trip to the vet with big cat sooo much easier! Our vet was also impressed! Kitty a-la-cart! We even sent one to a friend with 2 cats. He liked it too!!
