This review is for both seller and Walmart serving as intermediary for the transaction .
Few hours after I placed my order , I realized it was the wrong part that I needed , I tried to canceled thru the app and despite the fact that it wasn’t shipped yet, it wasn’t possible to canceled. I called and the representative wasn’t able to to that either (just told me He left a message to the seller).
As soon as I received my unwanted part , I went to a local store to return the received unopened items , Walmart just gave me a piece of paper as a proof of my return but a week later still waiting for my money , and on top of that , the wallmart app still not updating the info about my return it their premises .
This is absolutely the first and last time I am
buying imported items from
Walmart! for sure Walmart is charging money for their poor intermediation services and the customer are only paying more for what they can have cheaper using other intermediaries.
Temu and Alibaba are way better option to buy stuff from Asia .
