i ordered 17-inch pistons but received 15-inch pistons. i want to reorder the correct size, but I need someone to verify that they are 17 inch pistons. i had to use the incorrect ones on my liftgate, so i am not able to return them, but I don't want to reorder another pair only to find that they are also the wrong size. i tried to chat with someone on the ap, but only got the automated responses showing how to reorder. so frustrating..

it came with fasters and storage bag working great for me.

Until I have time to actually install and USE the cord and plugs, I can't attest to it's actual quality or performance. It may be a month or two before I get around to installing this at my small mountain cabin. But as to the delivery and APPEARANCE of the product... it looks to be of decent quality and it was delivered relatively fast.
