No no no response in my efforts to return this item despite several attempts

I am not happy with my purchase. I bought this for Christmas and just tried to use it and noticed there are two dents in the lens. This is supposed to be a new camera not used. I am not able to replace it and I need help to fix this. Thank you.

Almost as I thought I was buying. I picked price by mistake. Walmart website did not impress upon me that I would be buying from an outside vendor until I had made the purchase and it’s an open box. Fault with Walmart to me. That being said, the vendor shipped via a well packaged box on UPS, the exact item I bought ( in an obviously opened but complete package). Item was brand new (returned?) item. The vendor did their job precisely. Some of the fault lies with me but some lies with Walmart. I searched the late version by item number and they offered up the older version as well. I saw the price and bit. Fool me once.

i had missing items and called! they fixed it so fast and shipping them out tomorrow!

Received earlier than originally projected, factory box and papers. Registered with Fujifilm without a problem.
