Hat was fair quality, but horribly packaged, practically folded in half and stuffed into a small plastic bag. Hat was irreparably dented and bent out of shape. Seller was condescending and offered a PARTIAL refund. Very bad experience, inconsiderate seller. Walmart issued me a full refund, though.

Seller is fantastic. Originally, I had concerns about the color. Seller was nice enough to offer a replacement. I said to wait intil item gets her and now that it is here the color is great. That was very nice to offer, but not needed. Thank you very much. :)
