The mug was great, but please consider making a bigger version because this size is a bit small.
Walmart has been a nightmare to deal with! A completely different mug arrived. I ordered a Velaris City mug and instead received a Modelo mug. The online Chat with Me system was useless and didn't solve anything. I phoned Walmarts Cust Serv line only to be told there are no returns on this item. BUT IT WAS THE WRONG ITEM?!!! I needed the correct mug for an event happening 48hrs from the arrival of the wrong mug. The CS Rep said I'd have to return the wrong mug to a nearby FedEx facility and order the new mug from scratch. I placed my order when the item was nearly half off and now it's not. CS Rep did offer a promocode to cover the difference, however they refused to expedite shipping, saying it was out of their control. Now I'm on hold for a supervisor (45min and counting). Ughhh
We ordered a father in law mug as a gift and after waiting 3 weeks to get it, it came today and was a MOTHER IN LAW MUG THAT HAD MERRY CHRISTMAS 2026 - ANGELA ON IT... DON'T KNOW WHERE THIS WAS MADE BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO QUALITY CONTROL AND WERE QUICK TO DEBIT MY CHARGE CARD
It took forever to receive this item and I'm going to return it, The letters weren't all on the cup and it arrived after the birthday party was over, I recommend you to look at the shipping, it was close to my house at one point then went somewhere else for a couple days or more before I received it.
