Product was not delivered to reception for my apartment building. Seller refuses to track it down on their end and gives no help whatsoever in trying to locate item other than to put the effort back on me. I feel it is Seller’s responsibility to deliver it to the address given. This.is a small cost baby toy and they are turning it into a long process. I will not buy anything from this seller again. I will report them to Walmart customer service and recommend to all customers that they do not deal with this company.
