Received item in reasonable time frame. Item worked as it was described. I use it to help me cook some frozen chicken pieces to ensure they reach the proper temperature. Also use on other foods that are required to reach an certain temperature before serving.

Instructions in wvery language but English. The vac sealer doesn't work or I'm doing it wrong but can't be for sure because of the option for English isn't available. Will have to send this back.
