Seller puts the product into a shipping status within days of order, but doesn't actually ship the item until AFTER it's due to be delivered. Since the order is in shipping status, you can't cancel the order and obtain the product from someone else. Also, don't get your heart set on a specific color/attribute. They apparently don't read that line of the order.
