The experience I’ve had is horrible. The chromea dolls virtual code was scratched off and blank. I submitted an email explaining this issue on 1/17 and I haven’t heard back from Kingsley trades. As a business owner myself, this is very unprofessional. I hope to get this resolved soon, when they actually email me back.

Your customer service refunded me BUT unfortunately I HAVE to drive to your store to return the filthy package I have received . I DO NOT BUY ONLINE TO RUN TO YOUR STORE BECAUSE OF YOUR UNRELIABLE STAFF!!! ALSO I WAS EXPECTING ALMOST A WEEK to receive this package. THIS WAS MY LAST TIME ORDERING WITH WALMART.
