Shipping was fast. Item was packed better than anything I've ever ordered before with no chance of breaking during shipping. I was definitely impressed. The gravy boat and ladel were perfect, the tray underneath has a noticeable flaw. It looks like a repaired crack. I chose to keep it. Its worth the money I paid for it. Quality control could be a bit better.
