The unit was refurbished but didn’t print well enough for our need. Seller gave a couple things to try but they didn’t work. He asked for the serial number of the unit. I emailed 2 photos of the labels on the unit but the seller said he didn’t get them. I resent them and asked for confirmation that they were received but got nothing. I decided to just return the unit through Walmart and look elsewhere.
