I ordered the sapphire swing for my niece's baby shower and had it delivered to her from across the country. Unfortunately, she opened it to put it together 5 days past the 30-day free returns window. The product she received was not the one pictured (sapphire pattern), which was the one she had wanted, but the other pattern that was available. The swing seat was also obviously used. It has brown stains (Yuck!) on it as well as hair and lent. Hardware was also missing so this one couldn't have even been put together. I contacted the company to ask for an exchange due to these issues. They said sorry, they didn't have anymore. So I replied and asked for a refund because they sold us a used, wrongly advertised item and they said that it was past the return window so they would not do anything. Thankfully Walmart honored the return and made it right with us. I believe Walmart needs to drop this company from their site.
