I had a question regarding the size of a scoop as it doesn't give any measure and never heard back from this seller. Sent 2 messages. Also the product describes hyaluronic powder however it contains diatomaceous earth. It also gives instructions however not knowing the size of a scoop it's impossible to mix the right amount of powder with water. It doesn't blend. It clumps and surely doesn't end up a gel as stated. I do not recommend the seller nor the product.

I never received my package neither my neighbors received my package or my family members. I just want my money back in refund in refund credit or a gift card because I bought with a gift card and I don't have the gift card anymore. I would never order from you guys again anymore because if that's what you guys are doing saying that you guys delivered the package and don't actually delivered it to my house then I want my money back please and thank you. Had the audacity to not give me my money back in a new gift card or refund it in a refund credit in the Walmart app.
